At Willow Pumps we are proud to be one of the UK’s leading providers of water pump solutions, including supply, installation and servicing of all ‘water in, waste out’ assets.
Over the past 30 years, we have grown a team of dedicated professionals providing a wide range of services from pump station design, installation and maintenance. As we grew, we also developed a successful drainage capability and large tanker fleet, taking our offering from simply pumping solutions, to providing a complete ‘water in, waste out’ service.
In 2019 Willow Pumps joined the Franchise Brands plc Group and now benefits from access to over 600 engineers, allowing them to provide a UK-wide service.

Environment

Health and Well-being
We support health and wellbeing, particularly mental health, through our Mental Health First Aiders Programme and Employee Assistance Programme. We offer localised occupational health support, including physiotherapy and psychotherapy, and make reasonable adjustments for colleagues with chronic illnesses to improve their working life.

Provide a range of options for remote working options to improve customer experience, contact centre stats, and colleague wellbeing. Engineers and Agile Workers have more restricted flexibility, but we discuss adjustments during interviews to accommodate needs.
